How is the process if I have bought the ticket online?

All you have to do is show your confirmation email and enjoy The Cave. In addition, you will have priority access and access is assured even if there is restricted capacity.

What days are you open?

We are open every Saturday night, although we will also be open on Fridays and random days. Please check the calendar on our website for upcoming dates and events.

Is there an access option for those who do not want to drink alcohol?

All options include drinks in the house, but we have non-alcoholic options in our Open Bar for those who don't want to drink.

What is the open bar?

The open bar ticket allows you to enjoy unlimited open bar drinks for four hours.

What is the difference between the regular open bar and the premium open bar?

With the regular open bar access you can enjoy all kinds of drinks with national brands, while with the premium open bar you can enjoy all kinds of drinks from leading international brands.

What can I do if I have not received the booking confirmation email?

Write to us on instagram at @imaginecave or at reservas@partyatthecave.com and we will solve your case as quickly as possible.

Do you have a dress code?

Yes, the dress-code is smart casual, but at theme parties we will put in a dress-code adapted to the circumstances, to make the experience even more fun.

Is capacity limited?

Yes, so we suggest you purchase your tickets in advance via the website.

Does the VIP table/chairs reservation include access?

Yes, up to 6 people can enter with one table.

What are the opening hours/till what time will you be serving drinks?

Until 2AM.

What kind of music do you have at Imagine?

In the disco we have several DJs playing OPEN FORMAT (commercial house, latin music, etc), and we also have a HIP-HOP room. Occasionally we receive visits from different artists who will be performing with their characteristic music.

How can I get to Imagine Punta Cana?

If you are staying in a hotel, you can make your reservation through our website and select your hotel. For +10USD we will pick you up and return you to the hotel. The day before the party you will receive an email with directions and pick up time. If you want to go to Imagine Punta Cana on your own, we have a large car park with private security at no additional cost.

Do you have transportation from all the hotels in Punta Cana?

We have transportation available for 3 different areas of Punta Cana; Zone 1 - Bávaro Central and Cabeza de Toro, Zone 2 - Uvero Alto and Macao, Zone 3 - Cap Cana / Punta Cana Resort. If you don't know where your hotel is located, you can find it in our hotel search engine.

How do I book Zone 2 and Zone 3 transport?

To book transport for zone 2 and 3 you have to contact us at reservas@partyatthecave.com. Write to us if your hotel is not on the list and you need adapted transport.

What time do you pick me up and return to the hotel?

The day of the party you will receive an email with the pick up time at your hotel. The return to the hotel will be at 2AM, with the closing of the disco.

If you have hired transportation remember that you must be at the pick up time on the OUTSIDE of the hotel, right next to the booth and not in the hall. The van will pick up only those people who are in this location at the appointed time.

If I want to return to the hotel before 2AM, is transportation available?

Transportation is available for an additional fee for those who wish to return to the hotel at any time during the night.

Booking of rooms

What is the capacity of the halls?

The rooms have different capacities, from 250 people in the Sala Fuego, up to 3.500 people in the Sala Universo, you can see the rooms of the discotheque in this link.

Do you have full equipment for large events?

Imagine has hosted major events with international artists and the space is prepared to provide the best experience. Contact us to discuss the needs of your event.

How do I contact you to make a reservation?

You can fill in the room rental form or contact us at reservas@partyatthecave.com.

Is it possible to book a room for private parties?

Yes, private parties are held at Imagine and you can book one of our rooms to make your celebration an unforgettable place.

Is it possible to hold birthdays, banquets and dinners?

All rooms are available for private booking and can be equipped for banquets and dinners.

Weddings and birthdays

Do you have promotions for birthdays / weddings?

Yes, for all groups (at least 8 people) that purchase Open Bar or Premium, we invite the bride, groom or birthday boy/girlfriend at the entrance.

For groups with VIP TABLE, when booking your table we offer a bottle of Cava or Sparkling Wine.

If you have a birthday or wedding, present your ID or wedding certificate and your reservation at the entrance of the club to receive the promotion.

Supported payment methods

We accept payment through PayPal platform and by Credit or Debit Card.

Return conditions

Cancellations and Refunds:
  • All changes or cancellations must be requested in writing by e-mail (info@partyatthecave.com y reservas@partyatthecave.com).
  • Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. In all cases where a refund is due for services cancelled within the permitted time limits,
  • IMAGINEPUNTACANA® will make such refunds only to the same credit card used when booking. In all cases where cancellation fees apply,
  • IMAGINEPUNTACANA® will cancel the booking at the customer's request, calculate the costs and inform the customer by e-mail.
  • IMAGINEPUNTACANA® will make changes to the RESERVATION date without charge. In all cases of change, IMAGINEPUNTACANA® reserves the right to charge an administrative fee not to exceed $10.00.
Cancellation of reservations:
  • From 5 days before the booking date, the reservation will be cancelled FREE OF CHARGE.
  • From 2 days prior to booking, a 10% charge applies.
  • From 24 hours before the party, a 50% charge applies.
  • NO SHOW (no show, QR not read), 100% charge applies.
*For reservations made on the same day of booking, no changes or cancellations will be applied, so it will be a "No Show".
  • For credit or debit card payments, the cardholder must present his or her bank card and official photo identification.
  • IMAGINEPUNTACANA® staff will ask for identification from each person arriving with a reservation previously made online, and must sign in on arrival, as well as leaving a copy of their documentation in the box office.
Without these signature and identification requirements, IMAGINEPUNTACANA® will not provide the service booked.
